How are the hours billed?

We offer different billing options:

Hours are billed at the end of the month
Hours are billed after achieving defined milestones/work packages
Hours are billed after the project is completed (a down payment may be required)

Which option is applied depends on the project.

What about the usage rights of the created files?

The documents, data, and drawings created on behalf of a customer fully belong to the customer. Further details can be found in the terms and conditions.

What happens to the data shared by the client after project completion?

After project completion, all data provided by you will be deleted from our storage.

If future collaboration require us to access and modify the created data, an alternative solution can be found. This mainly applies to 3D data, drawings, and bill of materials. If these are to be reused for follow-up orders, we can archive them with written consent.
