Odin Peter
In August 2022, I founded ODAN GmbH together with Andrin Meier, with the vision of helping industrial SMEs and start-ups achieve long-term success. We put our heart and soul into the company and our customer projects.
My area of responsibility is very diverse: In addition to managing and implementing projects in process optimisation and product development, I take on tasks in management, marketing, finance, and administrative matters. I am always actively supported by my colleagues.
Andrin Meier
My passion lies in developing innovative solutions for technical challenges. My apprenticeship as a designer engineer (EFZ), combined with my studies in BSc Mechanical Engineering and Innovation, provides me with the knowledge to successfully implement your development and optimisation projects.
At ODAN, I am responsible for the product development division. Additionally, I handle tasks in management and strategic topics.
Sonja Grimm
I am a structured and committed individual who enjoys organising processes and making them efficient. My goal is to ensure clear structures and smooth operations.
I am responsible for administration and accounting with the utmost care and precision. As a versatile all-rounder, I also support marketing, manage our ERP system, and actively assist the management team.
Maiko Fässler
Head of Production
Since my apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ, my passion has been mechanical manufacturing. I am particularly enthusiastic about implementing ODAN’s developments. I also enjoy contributing to new developments and continually optimising our production processes.
At ODAN, I am responsible for production, including the manufacturing of components, assembly, commissioning, and optimisation. Additionally, I oversee the setup and maintenance of our workshop. I am also involved in business development for profile technology.
Antonio Russo
Design engineer (EFZ)
Immediately after my apprenticeship as an EFZ design engineer, I am looking forward to gaining my first experience in the professional world and putting my knowledge into practice. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to work on innovative projects and develop creative solutions at ODAN.
At ODAN, I am mainly responsible for the development and design of mechanical products, systems, machines and plants. This includes the organisation of production and the manufacture of the developed systems.
